Getting The Abs Of Your Dreams Without Crunches
Many people want rock hard abs but they do not plan ahead to get them, you will need to plan ahead. Most people just start training without any plan made. It is great that you are starting your training program, but it is a bad idea to start without a plan. The main reason you won't want to start your exercise program with no plan is because if you don't do crunches you will have to substitute that with other pursuits and those other things need to be planned.
If you do not want to do any crunches then you will need to plan a cardio work out with a eating plan and a water intake plan.. The reason why you have to plan each one of these is because you want to do at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 6 times per week and get it done around 5 or 6 during the night. Have you ever imagined losing weight as you sleep? Well that's what goes on. The reason you need to do it at this time is so you can burn calories while you sleep.
The reason for planning what you should eat and when you'll eat is because you want to eat 1 / 2 of that which you normally eat per day in an overall of 6 meals. You want to have a your meals about 1.5 hours apart. Many people awaken around six and have breakfast around 7, so you will have your last meal at 4. The reason you need to eat your last meal around 4 is so you do not hold more empty calories in your body for your cardio workout and while you are sleeping. This is a very important step; you cannot hold these empty calories.
To make sure your body is working its hardest every day, you will need to time your water intake every day. Should you drink a gallon of water right when you wake up the body will process it and require more within a couple of hours. You want to drink a minimum of one gallon of water per day and drink it all evenly during the day. Try not to drink it all towards one time of the day. Like we said, you need to ration this gallon throughout the day evenly. This will be easier if you are constantly carrying a gallon with you.
If you do these three things you are guaranteed to have those rock hard abs you are looking for. So lets get started making plans and choosing our steps. With these steps in our minds then we can succeed with the abs we want and be able to look the way we always wanted to.
