FITNESS AND EXERCISING HELP!?!?!?

ok so im not fat at all.
infact im pretty skinny and have a atheletic body BUT i want to exercise to stay fit.
although my body looks fit im not fit at all.
im a very slow runner and i want to become faster.
im not flexible at all and i want to be.
i dont have any gym equipment and im too underage to go to one.
i only have a exercise ball.
i need to get some tips on how to become more fit (i specially want to become fast at running)
so plz help
what can i do??
i always run out of breath when running and i HATE it
so any tips on becoming faster and more flexible and more fit would be great thx.
(btw i dont need help with diet. i know what foods to eat

Well first off, if you smoke, stop; if you don't smoke, don't start.

You don't need a gym membership, you can stretch at home and you can run around the neighborhood, a park, school, anywhere!
